6. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided in individual quotes based on project scope, language pairs, word count, and complexity. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required for large projects
• Full payment is due upon completion of the project
• Late payments may incur additional fees

7. Revisions and Refunds

• We offer revisions within a reasonable time frame at no additional cost

• No refunds will be issued for services that have been delivered and accepted

In no event shall L10nAi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and contacting us to close any active accounts or projects.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, with the proceedings to be held in Ontario, Canada. Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees.
